A case of pseudolymphoma occurring in a patient with Sjögren's syndrome is described. The lesion, which gave rise to intraluminal tumor masses in the airway, grew progressively, resulting in severe dyspnea. Treatment with prednisolone brought relief. The lymphoproliferative disorders, the principle clinical manifestation of which was pseudolymphoma, might have given rise to the M-component of the IgA-Ktype.
本文描述了1例干燥综合征患者发生假性淋巴瘤的病例。该病变导致气道腔内出现肿瘤肿块，并逐渐增大，导致严重呼吸困难。泼尼松龙治疗后症状缓解。以假性淋巴瘤为主要临床表现的淋巴增生性疾病可能产生了IgA-K型M成分。
