Characteristics of the tuberculosis process were studied in 43 patients at the age of 71 to 84 years. Patients with extended extrapulmonary tuberculosis and concomitant diseases predominated. Analysis of the causes of the late tuberculosis detection is presented and it is indicated that efficient prophylactic examination of the persons of this age group is needed. Investigation of the clinical picture of tuberculosis in the patients over 70 years revealed a number of peculiarities in its process under conditions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
对43名年龄在71至84岁的患者的结核病病程特征进行了研究。以肺外结核广泛且伴有其他疾病的患者为主。文中对晚期结核病诊断延误的原因进行了分析，并指出需要对该年龄组人群进行有效的预防性检查。对70岁以上患者结核病临床表现的调查揭示了在克拉斯诺亚尔斯克地区的条件下其病程中的一些特点。
