The purpose of the study was to explore the preserved (7-21 days) donor blood and erythrocytic mass, following perfusion through hemosorbent SKN-D. After the sorption the oxygen-transport function of erythrocytes was found to improve considerably (oxyhemoglobin dissociation curve was shifted to the right on average by 4-4.2 mm Hg). The energy supply became better (ATP level was increased by 38-59%). In view of the above, long-preserved blood and erythrocytic mass following their perfusion through SKN-D hemosorbent can be considered a sufficiently valid transfusion medium.
本研究的目的是探讨通过血液吸附剂SKN-D灌注后保存(7 - 21天)的供血者血液及红细胞团块情况。吸附后发现红细胞的氧运输功能有显著改善(氧合血红蛋白解离曲线平均右移4 - 4.2毫米汞柱)。能量供应得到改善(三磷酸腺苷水平提高了38 - 59%)。鉴于上述情况,通过SKN-D血液吸附剂灌注后的长期保存血液及红细胞团块可被视为一种足够有效的输血介质。
