The capability of liposomes with plant phosphatidylcholine to extract cholesterol from erythrocyte membrane was investigated. It was shown, that plant phosphatidylcholine extracted 42% of membrane cholesterol, without causing haemolysis. This cholesterol extraction was responsible for the decrease of membrane microviscosity and for the increase of Na+, K+-ATPase activity. It is suggested that it is possible to create the extractive agent of cholesterol with plant phosphatidylcholine.
研究了含有植物磷脂酰胆碱的脂质体从红细胞膜中提取胆固醇的能力。结果表明,植物磷脂酰胆碱能提取42%的膜胆固醇,且不会引起溶血。这种胆固醇提取导致了膜微粘度的降低和Na+、K+-ATP酶活性的增加。有人提出,用植物磷脂酰胆碱制备胆固醇提取剂是可能的。
