Abstract

The results of experimental investigations on the influence of prednisolone and cyclophosphane on biological properties of M. hominis are presented. Changes in the morphology of mycoplasmal colonies depending on the type and dose of the preparation were stated. The virulence of mycoplasmas was found to be intensified with an increase of the concentration of prednisolone in the culture medium from 0.1 to 20.0 micrograms/ml and that of cyclophosphane from 0.2 to 20.0 micrograms/ml.
