Today the function-retaining operation of the ectopic pregnancy is the method of choice in adequate preconditions. After 63 tube-retaining operations 30 pregnancies (47.7%) and a live birth rate of 36.5% could be achieved. After tube-retainingly operated ectopic pregnancies the prognosis of fertility is more advantageous than after salpingectomien. Besides the risk of relapse has no been increased.
