A prognostic method is offered in order to improve the dispensary supervision system for children after closed head trauma. For this purpose, a program of mass screening was specially designed and applied for long-term follow-up in child population in the framework of yearly medical checkups. This provided the information on 210 patients' pretrauma state. The patients were divided into groups according to severity of the posttrauma disorders of the following 2 years that allowed regarding any index in relation to its prognostic value. Computer data processing yielded prognostic criteria for the course of sequelae of the closed head injury.
为改进闭合性颅脑损伤患儿的门诊监护系统,提供了一种预后评估方法。为此,专门设计了一项大规模筛查计划,并在年度体检框架内应用于儿童群体的长期随访。这提供了210例患者伤前状态的信息。根据伤后两年后遗症的严重程度将患者分组,从而可以根据任何指标的预后价值进行考量。计算机数据处理得出了闭合性颅脑损伤后遗症病程的预后标准。
