The aim of this study was to investigate whether the Netrin-1 levels in maternal serum was associated with the presence of preeclampsia (PE).
Total 72 patients, including 28 normal pregnant women and 44 patients with PE, were included in this study. Maternal serum Netrin-1 concentration was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
Maternal serum Netrin-1 levels were detected statistically higher in preeclamptic group than control group (p < 0.05). When compared with subgroups, Netrin-1 levels were also higher in severe PE group than mild PE group but this was not detected statistically significant (p > 0.05).
Maternal serum Netrin-1 has a potential to be a new marker for the detection of PE.
本研究旨在调查母体血清中Netrin-1水平是否与子痫前期(PE)的存在相关。
本研究共纳入72例患者,包括28例正常孕妇和44例PE患者。采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测母体血清Netrin-1浓度。
子痫前期组母体血清Netrin-1水平在统计学上高于对照组(p < 0.05)。与亚组相比,重度PE组Netrin-1水平也高于轻度PE组,但差异无统计学意义(p > 0.05)。
母体血清Netrin-1有可能成为检测PE的新标志物。
