生长高峰期后使用 Forsus 矫治器治疗安氏 II 类错牙合的临床效果

PURPOSE
To evaluate the clinical effect of Forsus appliance in the treatment of patients with Class II malocclusion after growth spurts.
METHODS
Twenty-two patients with Class IImalocclusion were treated with Fursus appliance.Cephalogram pre-and post-treatment was taken,and the clinical effect was evaluated.SPASS14.0 software package was used for paired t test.
RESULTS
Six to eight months after treatment, SNB increased (1.4±0.002)°,overbite and overjet decreased (5±0.000) mm and (5.5±0.000) mm, the relationship of molar reached ClassⅠ, upper incisiors were retruded (1.5±0.004)°, while low incisiors were proclined (1.3±0.005)°. Significant difference was found before and after treatment (P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONS
The growth of mandible was promoted remarkably by Forsus appliance following growth spurts, the relationship of molar and profile were also improved.
目的
评估 Forsus 矫治器对生长高峰期后Ⅱ类错牙合患者的临床治疗效果。
方法
对 22 例Ⅱ类错牙合患者使用 Forsus 矫治器进行治疗。治疗前后拍摄头影测量片，并评估临床疗效。采用 SPASS14.0 软件包进行配对 t 检验。
结果
治疗 6 至 8 个月后，SNB 增加（1.4±0.002）°，覆牙合和覆盖分别减小（5±0.000）mm 和（5.5±0.000）mm，磨牙关系达到Ⅰ类，上切牙舌倾（1.5±0.004）°，下切牙唇倾（1.3±0.005）°。治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
结论
Forsus 矫治器能显著促进生长高峰期后下颌骨的生长，同时改善磨牙关系和侧貌。
