Morphological and histoenzymatic characteristics of bone marrow in blastic crisis of chronic myeloleukemia are presented. Its involvement is proved to be irregular even within the limits of small topographic zones. The later is of importance in establishing the diagnosis of the disease by trepine biopsies in hematological practice. The histoenzymatic analysis of the cells in blastic crisis, indicates low degree of their differentiation reaching presumably the level of committed elements of hemopoiesis.
本文介绍了慢性髓性白血病急变期骨髓的形态学和组织酶学特征。即使在小的局部区域范围内，也证实其受累情况不规则。这一点在血液学实践中通过骨髓活检来确立疾病诊断时具有重要意义。对急变期细胞的组织酶学分析表明，它们的分化程度较低，可能达到造血定向祖细胞水平。
