In 161 patients with endoscopically proved axial hiatus hernia the relations between the size of the herniated segment, its fixation and the inflammatory processes in the distal oesophageal segment were studied. The fibroscopically easily determined widely open cardia demands the performance of inversion cardioscopy and reontgenologic precision of the His angle which are necessary for the diagnosis of the vestibular and cardiac hiatus hernia.
在161例经内镜证实有轴型食管裂孔疝的患者中，研究了疝出节段大小、其固定情况与食管远端节段炎症过程之间的关系。纤维内镜下易于确定的广泛开放的贲门需要进行翻转贲门镜检查以及His角的放射学精确测量，这对于前庭型和贲门型食管裂孔疝的诊断是必要的。
