The case of a 40-year old woman who displayed 2 types of developmental anomalies is described. Besides the absence of the cholecyst aberrant pancreas was found in the pyloric duct. Pancreatic tissue was found also in one of the lymph nodes along the lesser curvature. In connection with the case the incidence of the developmental anomalies and symptomatology as well as the difficulties of the diagnosis and therapeutic possibilities are dealt with. No description of the simultaneous occurrence of the 2 developmental anomalies was found in the available literature.
