[The relation of qualifications, performance standards and psychological stress in trainees in the control service].

The psychophysical strain in control service in beginners is by means of a longitudinal study analysed by somatic and psychical strain indicators. Based on the results, the function must be assessed to be of increased psychical strain. Training and education as methods for completion of the supposition of the performance are of decisive influence on the psychical strain.
