Patients could post their questions about their disease, the work at the ward and the hospital in separate letter-boxes on central places at the ward. The letter-boxes were still blank 4 weeks later. Talks with patients showed, that they prefer to ask the physicians personally and they don't like to put down their questions in writing. It follows demands for medical activity.
