Abstract
The study presents the results of our high tibial osteotomy which combine joint-toilet and wedge addition in 71 knees. In spite of a partly far advanced compartment-arthrosis could a joint replacement also by an unfavourable course (28% of the cases) in means 4.5 years be put off. In 50% could maybe get a satisfying condition over 5 years.
