Mycosis fungoides (MF) is one of the most common cutaneous T cell lymphomas (CTCLs). Currently there are a variety of treatment methods for early-stage MF, most of which are effective. However, some lesions in plaque-stage react poorly to conventional therapy. We chose 3 patients with plaque-stage MF who failed routine therapy, to perform 2-3 times Aminolaevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT). And it turned out that these patients responded well to ALA-PDT: the skin lesions of 2 patients subsided completely, and the last one had more than 75% of the lesions eliminated. In conclusion, compared with traditional therapy, ALA-PDT had tremendous therapeutic effect on refractory plaque-stage MF, with advantages of less side effects and quicker recovery. Therefore, ALA-PDT was an effective method for treating refractory plaque-stage MF.
蕈样肉芽肿(MF)是最常见的皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤(CTCL)之一。目前,早期MF有多种治疗方法,其中大多数都有效。然而,斑块期的一些病变对传统治疗反应不佳。我们选择了3例斑块期MF患者,他们常规治疗失败,进行了2-3次基于氨基乙酰丙酸的光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)。结果发现这些患者对ALA-PDT反应良好:2例患者的皮肤病变完全消退,最后1例患者超过75%的病变被消除。总之,与传统治疗相比,ALA-PDT对难治性斑块期MF有巨大的治疗效果,具有副作用少、恢复快的优点。因此,ALA-PDT是治疗难治性斑块期MF的有效方法。
