[Spectrophotometric determination of the protein concentration in solutions].

The spectrophotometric methods for determination of protein concentration in solution are analysed. According to the given data it has been concluded that the method based on the measurement of difference in light absorption by protein solution at 235 and 280 nm is more accurate as compared with the method of absorption determination at 260 and 280 nm. The linear regression coefficient is used in calculation.
