A case of renal angiosarcoma is presented. The extremely unusual frequency of this entity, its clinical and pathological features, and mode of presentation accompanied by intense intratumor hemorrhage, a unique finding compared to other cases of renal angiosarcoma thus far reported, have been highlighted.
