The influence exerted on dose distribution by the specific mass of the material is investigated for irradiation planning on the basis of CT matrices. It is shown that the specific masses of the Alderson phantom actually differ from those calculated by conversion of CT figures. In some planning systems, the conversion of CT figures into specific masses is the only parameter which can be verified by the user. Furthermore, the results of control measurements on the irradiation planning with the system Sidos-U (Siemens Company) are presented.
基于CT矩阵对材料比质量对剂量分布的影响进行了研究,用于放射治疗计划。结果表明,Alderson体模的比质量实际上与通过CT数据转换计算出的比质量不同。在一些计划系统中,将CT数据转换为比质量是用户唯一可以验证的参数。此外,还给出了使用Sidos-U系统(西门子公司)进行放射治疗计划的控制测量结果。
