Reported here are two cases of severe burn injuries and scarring of the lower extremities complicated by wound infection which included the involvement of bone. Both cases were managed successfully with the use of free omental graft transplanted to fill the extensive areas of tissue injury. Happily in both cases, amputations were prevented.

本文报告了两例严重的下肢烧伤和瘢痕形成病例，伴有伤口感染，包括骨骼受累。两例均通过移植游离大网膜成功治疗，以填补大面积组织损伤区域。幸运的是，两例均避免了截肢。
