Abstract

With improvements in basic science understanding and technology, it is predictable that within the next decade, more reliable and accurate methods of ovulation prediction will be available. The former may result from the exploration of gonadal peptides and their measurement whereas the latter may result from the ever-increasing resolution of ultrasonographic imaging. The current state of the art in predicting ovulation involves the combination of several of the described techniques (cervical mucus, urinary LH, ultrasonography). Used skillfully together they serve the infertility specialist well.

随着基础科学认知和技术的进步,可以预见在未来十年内,将会有更可靠、准确的排卵预测方法。前者可能源于对性腺肽的探索及其测量,而后者可能源于超声成像分辨率的不断提高。目前排卵预测的先进技术涉及上述几种技术(宫颈黏液、尿促黄体生成素、超声检查)的联合使用。熟练地将它们一起运用,能为不孕不育专家提供很大帮助。
