Immunomorphological data in membraneous, mesangioproliferative, proliferative and fibroplastic types of glomerulonephritis revealed that the concentration of IgG was reduced in membraneous, the IgG and IgA in proliferative glomerulonephritis. T- B-suppression was weakened. T-immunodeficiency and increase of blood serum IgM was seen in all types of glomerulonephritis. An unspecific immune reaction is suggested to be present in glomerulonephritis.
