[Lymph node-vein anastomoses in the treatment of lymphedema of the lower limbs].

The experience with surgical treatment of 72 patients with the most complicated forms of lymphedema--aplasia and hypoplasia of the lymphatic vessels of the lower extremities--is summarized. The indications, surgical tactics and techniques for lymphonodulovenous anastomosis formation are presented. The peculiarities of pre- and postoperative management of patients are emphasized. The positive results of treatment are noted in 88% of the patients operated on.
