[Formalization of a choice procedure in dosimetric planning of tele-irradiation in gamma-ray therapy].

The authors proposed a model of assessment of the usefulness of any mode of distant irradiation in gamma-beam therapy chosen for the treatment of each individual patient. The criteria were defined, functions of the calculation of the criteria of assessment of dose field quality were defined, functions for the calculation of the significance of the criteria presented for each individual patient by a radiologist, was given. The use of a plotted model to compare two dosimetric programs of irradiation of lung cancer was described.
