Two novel core-shell Ni-Ln nanosized clusters, Na(HO)[NdNi(IDA)(OAc)(CHCHOH)(CO)(μ-OH)(μ-O)(HO)]Cl·26HO (1) and Na[PrNi(μ-OH)(μ-O)(IDA)(NHCHCOO)(OAc)(CHCHOH)(CO)(HO)Cl]Cl·37HO (2) (IDA = iminodiacetate), were successfully prepared using the Cl anion and the flexible ligand iminodiacetic acid. Structural analysis indicates that the discrete dumbbell-shaped 3d-4f heterometallic cluster in 1 is constructed from two {NdNi} clusters connected by one {NiO} unit, whereas the bowknot-shaped nanosized cluster is composed of two {PrNi} clusters ligated by two {Pr} units and CO anions. The formation of both compounds indicates that Cl ions play important roles and act not only as balance anions but also as template and bridging ligands. The magnetic properties of compounds 1 and 2 were investigated, and it was revealed that they display dominant antiferromagnetic exchange.
利用氯离子和柔性配体亚氨基二乙酸成功制备了两种新型核壳结构的镍-镧系纳米团簇，即Na(HO)[NdNi(IDA)(OAc)(CHCHOH)(CO)(μ-OH)(μ-O)(HO)]Cl·26HO（1）和Na[PrNi(μ-OH)(μ-O)(IDA)(NHCHCOO)(OAc)(CHCHOH)(CO)(HO)Cl]Cl·37HO（2）（IDA = 亚氨基二乙酸）。结构分析表明，1中的离散哑铃形3d-4f异金属团簇由通过一个{NiO}单元连接的两个{NdNi}团簇构成，而蝴蝶结形纳米团簇由通过两个{Pr}单元和CO阴离子连接的两个{PrNi}团簇组成。两种化合物的形成表明氯离子起着重要作用，不仅作为平衡阴离子，还作为模板和桥连配体。研究了化合物1和2的磁性，结果表明它们表现出主要的反铁磁交换作用。
