The analysis of 311 death certificates of stillbirths and live born under one year of age covering the period from 1979 to 1984 and the analysis of the clinical dates referring to revealed: a high frequency of mistakes both in the nondiagnostic and in the diagnostic part, the handling of the documents was not in correspondence with the law, the number of mistakes in the nondiagnostic part has decreased, obstetricians made more mistakes than pediatrists, physicians with great experience in the field of death certificates made less mistakes, the number of secundinae to be morphologically investigated was to low and the possibility of corrections of the cause of death was not made use of. To improve the situation recommendations are given.
对1979年至1984年期间311份死产和一岁以下活产死亡证明的分析以及对相关临床日期的分析显示:在非诊断部分和诊断部分都存在高频率的错误,文件处理不符合法律规定,非诊断部分的错误数量有所减少,产科医生犯的错误比儿科医生多,在死亡证明领域经验丰富的医生犯的错误较少,需要进行形态学检查的胎盘残留数量过低,且未利用更正死亡原因的可能性。为改善这种情况给出了建议。
