We report a rare case of spontaneous rupture of the uterus in a 20 weeks pregnancy, which was treated surgically with a good outcome for the mother. The microscopic appearance of the uterus and the histologic examination of the rupture sites are compatible with invasive placenta with signs of acute of chronic infection and areas of syncytial infection of the uterus.
我们报告了一例罕见的妊娠20周时子宫自发性破裂的病例，该患者接受了手术治疗，母亲预后良好。子宫的显微镜下表现及破裂部位的组织学检查结果与侵袭性胎盘相符，并伴有急慢性感染迹象以及子宫合体滋养层感染区域。
