Abstract

The ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Alstonia yunnanensis Diels afforded five new monoterpenoid indole alkaloids, alstiyunnanenines A-E (1-5), along with one known compound, alstoniascholarine I (6). The structures of the isolated compounds were established based on 1D and 2D (H-H COSY, HMQC, and HMBC) NMR spectroscopy, in addition to high resolution mass spectrometry. The isolated compounds were tested in vitro for cytotoxic potential using eight tumor cell lines. As a result, alkaloids 4-6 exhibited cytotoxicities against all tested tumor cell lines, especially against osteosarcoma cell lines (SOSP-9607, MG-63, Saos-2, M663) with IC values<6μM.

云南鸡骨常山地上部分的乙醇提取物得到了5个新的单萜吲哚生物碱,云南鸡骨常山碱A - E(1 - 5),以及1个已知化合物,鸭脚树叶碱I(6)。除高分辨率质谱外,还基于一维和二维(H-H COSY、HMQC和HMBC)核磁共振光谱确定了分离出的化合物的结构。使用8种肿瘤细胞系对分离出的化合物进行了体外细胞毒性潜力测试。结果,生物碱4 - 6对所有测试的肿瘤细胞系均表现出细胞毒性,尤其是对骨肉瘤细胞系(SOSP - 9607、MG - 63、Saos - 2、M663),其IC值<6μM。
