A chemical investigation of the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Melodinus fusiformis led to the isolation of six new melodinus-type alkaloids, melofusines A-E (1-6), along with one known compound, melodinine B. Structural elucidation of all the compounds was performed by spectral methods such as 1D and 2D NMR, IR, UV and HRESIMS. The isolated compounds were tested in vitro for cytotoxic potential against six tumor cell lines (Hep-2, SCL-1, CAL-27, UMSCC-1, Detroit-562 and TCA-83). As a result, compound 1 exhibited significant cytotoxic activities against all tested tumor cell lines with IC values <5μM.
对瓜馥木地上部分乙醇提取物进行的化学研究,导致分离出六种新的瓜馥木型生物碱,即瓜馥木碱A - E(1 - 6),以及一种已知化合物,瓜馥木宁B。所有化合物的结构解析通过一维和二维核磁共振、红外光谱、紫外光谱和高分辨电喷雾电离质谱等光谱方法进行。对分离得到的化合物进行体外测试,以检测其对六种肿瘤细胞系(Hep - 2、SCL - 1、CAL - 27、UMSCC - 1、底特律562和TCA - 83)的细胞毒性潜力。结果,化合物1对所有测试的肿瘤细胞系均表现出显著的细胞毒性活性,IC值<5μM。
