Abstract

Serum pancreatic polypeptide (pp) both at fasting state and after giving compound Datura stramonium suppositories were measured by RIA in 21 cases with bronchial asthma and 16 cases with chronic bronchitis during attacks. Comparing with matched control groups the levels of pp in asthma and chronic bronchitis were significantly higher (P less than 0.05 & 0.01) After using compound Datura stramonium, the levels decreased. The results showed serum pp is an useful biochemical index.

摘要

采用放射免疫分析法（RIA）测定了21例支气管哮喘患者和16例慢性支气管炎发作期患者空腹及给予复方洋金花栓剂后的血清胰多肽（PP）水平。与配对对照组相比，哮喘组和慢性支气管炎组的PP水平显著升高（P＜0.05和0.01）。使用复方洋金花栓剂后，PP水平下降。结果表明血清PP是一项有用的生化指标。
