Estephanie Dunn qualified as a nurse at London's King's College Hospital. She has held clinical, managerial and academic roles, including health visitor, lecturer in nurse education at the University of Northumbria, and director of nursing for South Tyneside Primary Care Trust. She was appointed operational manager for the RCN Northern region in 2009 and has been in her current role as RCN North West regional director since 2014.
