INTRODUCTION
The use of robots in surgery has been increasingly common today, allowing the emergence of numerous bioethical issues in this area.
OBJECTIVE
To present review of the ethical aspects of robot use in surgery.
METHOD
Search in Pubmed, SciELO and Lilacs crossing the headings "bioethics", "surgery", "ethics", "laparoscopy" and "robotic".
RESULTS
Of the citations obtained, were selected 17 articles, which were used for the preparation of the article. It contains brief presentation on robotics, its inclusion in health and bioethical aspects, and the use of robots in surgery.
CONCLUSION
Robotic surgery is a reality today in many hospitals, which makes essential bioethical reflection on the relationship between health professionals, automata and patients.

如今，机器人在手术中的应用越来越普遍，这使得该领域出现了众多生物伦理问题。
目的
对手术中使用机器人的伦理方面进行综述。
方法
在Pubmed、SciELO和Lilacs数据库中，通过“生物伦理学”“外科手术”“伦理学”“腹腔镜检查”和“机器人技术”等关键词进行检索。
结果
在所获得的参考文献中，挑选出17篇文章用于撰写本文。文章简要介绍了机器人技术、其在医疗健康领域的应用以及生物伦理方面的问题，还有机器人在手术中的应用。
结论
如今，机器人手术在许多医院已成为现实，这使得对医疗专业人员、自动化设备和患者之间的关系进行必要的生物伦理思考变得尤为重要。
