The group (SMG) comprises commensal mucosal bacteria. Pyogenic liver abscesses due to hematogenous SMG infection are rare but can be observed even in healthy patients. In such cases, physicians should consider the existence of primary lesions that allow penetration of the SMG.
该菌群（SMG）由共生黏膜细菌组成。血源性SMG感染导致的化脓性肝脓肿很少见，但即使在健康患者中也可观察到。在这种情况下，医生应考虑存在允许SMG侵入的原发性病变。
