Abstract
Relapsing polychondritis is rare in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). We report a case of classical RA with relapsing polychondritis. Nasal septal chondritis resulted in cartilage collapse and a characteristic saddle nose deformity. HLA typing of the patient showed the presence of HLA-DR4 antigen.
摘要
复发性多软骨炎在类风湿关节炎（RA）中较为罕见。我们报告一例合并复发性多软骨炎的典型RA病例。鼻中隔软骨炎导致软骨塌陷并出现特征性的鞍鼻畸形。对该患者进行的HLA分型显示存在HLA-DR4抗原。
