In sixty-four cases of slipped femoral capital epiphysis presenting in adolescence, both sexes are equally represented. The disease usually affects the right hip, but in 20-40% both hips are involved. In several cases dystrophia adiposo-genitalis also occurs. In the etiology, biomechanical factors play a significant role. Clinical investigations are not sufficient. X-ray studies and measurements are always required. In radiological interpretations attention must be paid to each stage of a disease. Scintigraphy and angiography are useful sometimes.
在64例青春期出现的股骨头骨骺滑脱病例中，男女比例相同。该病通常累及右髋，但20% - 40%的病例双侧髋关节均受累。在一些病例中还会出现肥胖生殖无能营养不良症。在病因方面，生物力学因素起着重要作用。临床检查并不充分。总是需要进行X线研究和测量。在影像学解读中，必须关注疾病的每个阶段。有时闪烁扫描和血管造影很有用。
