Abstract
The authors report on the results of a case finding survey of human African trypanosomiasis (HAT) within the focus of Moissala (Chad). 2,947 agglutination card-tests (Testryp CATT) have been performed and among them, 19 were confirmed by parasitologic test, either in gland juice or with an ion exchange minicolumn.
