Having analysed the changes in hemocoagulation in 60 patients with chronic osteomyelitis with satisfactory and unsatisfactory results of surgical treatment the authors have come to the conclusion that the evaluation of shifts in the hemocoagulation system as an objective criterion of exacerbation of the osteomyelitic-process and allows to determine the tactics of surgical treatment.
通过分析60例慢性骨髓炎患者手术治疗效果满意和不满意情况下的血液凝固变化，作者得出结论：评估血液凝固系统的变化作为骨髓炎病情加重的客观标准，有助于确定手术治疗策略。
