Percent composition of the plasma fatty acids in 48 children with simple obesity was determined with gas-chromatography. Thirty seven healthy, normotensive children served as the control group. An increased content of the saturated fatty acids and decreased content of the unsaturated fatty acids together with the decrease in unsaturated fatty acids:multi-unsaturated fatty acids ratio were seen in children with simple obesity.
采用气相色谱法测定了48例单纯性肥胖儿童血浆脂肪酸的百分组成。37名健康、血压正常的儿童作为对照组。单纯性肥胖儿童出现饱和脂肪酸含量增加、不饱和脂肪酸含量降低以及不饱和脂肪酸与多不饱和脂肪酸比值降低的情况。
