A 6 year old boy had gradually progressive, asymptomatic well defined, bilaterally symmetrical, erythematohyperkeratotic plaques over dorsa of hands, feet, shins, popliteal fossae, natal cleft, both axillae and anterior aspect of abdomen, suggestive of symmetrical progressive erythrokerato derma. Palms and soles were spared. Involvement of multiple flexural areas in addition to the classical sites was unusual.
一名6岁男孩双手背、双脚、小腿、腘窝、臀沟、双侧腋窝及腹部前侧逐渐出现进行性、无症状、边界清晰、双侧对称的红斑角化性斑块，提示为对称性进行性红斑角化症。手掌和足底未受累。除了典型部位外，多个屈侧部位受累并不常见。
