UNLABELLED
Scleromyxedema was observed in a 43 year old male.
PATIENT
The lesions were shiny, waxy-looking, soft,, papules, 2 to 4 mm in diameter and were most marked on the neck and ear lobules. There was no evidence of paraproteinemia.
