A new device "Raduga-1-F" is designed to use CO2 laser working in both continuous single-mode and impulse mode with modulation frequency up to 150 kHz. This is the first Soviet experience with this device in osteal and osteoplastic maxillofacial surgery showing the advantages of impulse CO2 laser.
