A case of pneumopericardium which developed in a boy aged 16 months in connection with aspiration of a pea is presented. This complication of aspiration of a foreign body has not been mentioned previously.

本文报告一例16个月大男孩因吸入豌豆而发生气心包的病例。异物吸入的这种并发症此前未见报道。
