Abstract

Experiments in 30 rats have shown that transfusion of autologous erythrocytes suspended in the modified deionized gelatin exerts a more pronounced positive effect upon central hemodynamics, microcirculation and oxygen regimen as compared with transfusion of the whole autologous blood and erythrocyte mass.
