Two patients with penis fracture with urethral damage during sexual intercourse are reported. The patients were treated surgically although in one case the time after fracture was 28 hours and in the second case 12 hours. The therapeutic results were very good in both cases, and the authors believe that surgery is the treatment of choice in cases of penis fracture.
报告了两名在性交过程中发生阴茎骨折并伴有尿道损伤的患者。尽管其中一例骨折后时间为28小时，另一例为12小时，但两名患者均接受了手术治疗。两例治疗效果均非常好，作者认为手术是阴茎骨折病例的首选治疗方法。
