The objective of this review is to identify the effectiveness of expanded cardiac rehabilitation (CR) in patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease (CHD). Specifically, the review question is: What is the effectiveness of expanded CR compared to standard CR in adult patients diagnosed with CHD? Effectiveness will be assessed by the effect on mortality and readmissions due to all causes or any cardiac event, systolic blood pressure, cholesterol levels and adherence to recommendations in secondary prevention guidelines.
本综述的目的是确定强化心脏康复（CR）对冠心病（CHD）患者的有效性。具体而言，综述问题为：在确诊为CHD的成年患者中，与标准CR相比，强化CR的有效性如何？有效性将通过对全因或任何心脏事件导致的死亡率和再入院率、收缩压、胆固醇水平以及二级预防指南中建议的依从性的影响来评估。
