Abstract

Headache, blurring of vision and confusion are neurologic symptoms of preeclampsia. Whereas abducens nerve palsy during pregnancy is an extremely rare condition, we report here a 40-year-old patient with diplopia, blurring of vision and abducens nerve palsy in the 39 week of pregnancy with history of hypertension (HTN). No specific pathology was found. Symptoms of abducens nerve palsy were resolved spontaneously by controlling blood pressure after delivery.

摘要

头痛、视力模糊和意识模糊是先兆子痫的神经系统症状。虽然孕期外展神经麻痹是一种极为罕见的病症，但我们在此报告一名40岁患者，其在妊娠39周时出现复视、视力模糊和外展神经麻痹，有高血压病史。未发现特定病理情况。产后通过控制血压，外展神经麻痹症状自行缓解。
