Abstract
AIM
This study assessed the influence of pain behaviors on pain estimation by nurses and psychiatrists.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
Pain ratings performed by nurses and psychiatrists who observed the case scenarios using role plays were assessed. The data were computed and frequencies were derived. -test was used to compare the ratings between the groups.
RESULTS
There was significant difference in the ratings of the pain severity by nurses and psychiatrists.
CONCLUSIONS
Pain assessment is essential for the comprehensive management of pain. Training health professionals in pain assessments is very essential.

目的
本研究评估疼痛行为对护士和精神科医生疼痛评估的影响。
材料与方法
评估通过角色扮演观察病例场景的护士和精神科医生所进行的疼痛评分。对数据进行计算并得出频率。采用t检验比较两组之间的评分。
结果
护士和精神科医生对疼痛严重程度的评分存在显著差异。
结论
疼痛评估对于疼痛的综合管理至关重要。对卫生专业人员进行疼痛评估培训非常必要。
