OBJECTIVE
To assess the effectiveness of extracorporeal partial nephrectomy.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
The article presents a comparative analysis of 65 radical nephrectomy, 47 partial nephrectomy and 5 extracorporeal partial nephrectomy on the renal parenchymal tumors.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of extracorporeal partial nephrectomy in comparison with the intracorporeal interventions. The results of their observations are illustrated by two clinical examples.
CONCLUSION
The authors concluded the feasibility of extracorporeal partial nephrectomy for renal cell cancer in selected patients.
目的
评估体外部分肾切除术的有效性。
材料与方法
本文对65例根治性肾切除术、47例部分肾切除术和5例肾实质肿瘤体外部分肾切除术进行了对比分析。
结果与讨论
本文讨论了体外部分肾切除术与体内手术相比的优缺点。通过两个临床实例说明了观察结果。
结论
作者得出结论，体外部分肾切除术对特定患者的肾细胞癌是可行的。
