Tumors of the pineal region are rare, accounting for fewer than 1% of all intracranial neoplasms. Fifty percent of pineal region tumors are germ cell tumors (GCTs). However, spinal seeding and extracranial metastases from intracranial GCTs are uncommon. We present a case of pineal gland GCT in which F-FDG PET/CT imaging demonstrated drop metastases to the spinal cord in addition to tracer uptake in the primary lesion.
松果体区肿瘤较为罕见，占所有颅内肿瘤的比例不到1%。松果体区肿瘤中有50%为生殖细胞肿瘤（GCTs）。然而，颅内GCTs发生脊髓播散和颅外转移并不常见。我们报告一例松果体GCT病例，F-FDG PET/CT成像显示除原发灶有示踪剂摄取外，还出现了脊髓的远处转移。
