Liposarcoma is a rare malignant mesenchymal tumor usually located in the retroperitoneal space. Hepatic location is extremely rare, few cases have been reported in the literature. We report the case of a 58 year old patient presenting with abdominal pain and the presence of a palpable mass in the right hypochondrium gradually increased in size. Abdominal ultrasound showed hyperechoic well-defined round mass. Tomodensitometry and abdominal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) confirmed the presence of a mass with a fatty component occupying almost the entire right liver. The patient underwent right hepatectomy and histological examination showed primary undifferentiated liver liposarcoma.
脂肪肉瘤是一种罕见的恶性间叶组织肿瘤，通常位于腹膜后间隙。肝脏部位极为罕见，文献中仅有少数病例报道。我们报告一例58岁患者，该患者因腹痛就诊，右季肋部可触及肿块，且肿块大小逐渐增大。腹部超声显示边界清晰的高回声圆形肿块。计算机断层扫描和腹部磁共振成像（MRI）证实存在一个几乎占据整个右肝、含有脂肪成分的肿块。患者接受了右肝切除术，组织学检查显示为原发性未分化肝脂肪肉瘤。
